The Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing Innoserve Enterprises Incorporated's purchasing, logistics, and e-commerce operations. You will manage the entire procurement cycle, from identifying and negotiating with vendors to overseeing deliveries and invoices. You will also contribute to system administration, e-commerce platform management, and logistics sourcing. This role demands a diverse skillset, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communications skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying and sourcing vendors to negotiating contracts, placing orders, and managing invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and relationships
- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and quotations
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Oversee logistics and transportation, including coordinating with shipping companies and tracking shipments
- Generate and analyze vendor reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Manage e-commerce platforms and ensure seamless online ordering and fulfillment processes
- Provide system administration support for supply chain management software
- Attend mandatory training and seminars on anti-money laundering, data privacy, Philippine labor law, and cybersecurity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- No prior experience required, but strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, ERP software, and relevant e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical conduct
