We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for monitoring customer and vendor payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and upholding the company's financial compliance.
Responsibilities

Process customer and vendor payments accurately and efficiently

Verify payment information and ensure compliance with AML regulations

Manage third-party bank settlements to optimize costs

Oversee disbursements of expense payments to employees and suppliers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cash flow records
- Utilize the company's ERP software for all financial transactions
- Participate in the reconciliation process for bank statements
- Generate reports on financial activities as needed
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations (AMLA, DPA, Cybersecurity Act)

Attend mandatory seminars/workshops on AML, DPA, Philippine Labor Law, and Cybersecurity
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field (no specific experience required)

Must be a college graduate with a four-year course

Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
