The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Process employee benefits and compensation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Conduct employee relations activities, including resolving grievances and managing leaves of absence
- Assist with performance management processes
- Stay updated on relevant Philippine labor laws, Bangko Sentral regulations, and data privacy requirements
- Provide HR support to managers and employees
- Attend mandatory company-provided training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of accuracy and detail
- No prior experience required
