The Internal Auditor is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of Innoserve Enterprises Incorporated's internal controls, governance processes, and risk management practices. This role plays a vital role in safeguarding the company's assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting good corporate governance.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal audit plans aligned with the company's risk assessment

Conduct various audit procedures, including testing of controls, substantive testing, and data analysis

Prepare working papers to document audit methodology, findings, and conclusions

Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the internal audit function
- Attend mandatory seminars/workshops on AML, DPA, Philippine Labor Law, and Cybersecurity

Maintain confidentiality of all company information and comply with data privacy regulations
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field (4-year course required)

Familiarity with internal audit concepts and methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
