The Operation Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of Innoserve Enterprises Incorporated. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including sales, data management, cybersecurity, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of the Philippine regulatory landscape, particularly the Department of Labor (DOLE), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and Data Privacy Act (DPA).
Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

Manage and motivate the sales team

Oversee all operational processes

Ensure data privacy and security
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor and track DSP performance

Develop and implement strategies to improve DSP performance
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management

College graduate with a 4-year course relevant to the business

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, AMLA, DPA, and cybersecurity principles
