Innoserve Enterprises Incorporated is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate-Distribution Channel to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing channel partners, driving sales growth within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners

Identify and qualify potential distribution channel partners

Negotiate and close sales agreements with channel partners

Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners
- Monitor and track channel partner performance
- Generate sales reports and meet sales targets
- Comply with all data privacy, non-disclosure, and cybersecurity policies

Attend mandatory training programs
Qualifications

College graduate with a 4-year course (any degree)

No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
